The ideal candidate:
- Native Chinese speaker, B2 English - speaking & writing,
- Min. 3-year experience in marketing,
- Ideal candidate will have experience in gamedev industry, or strong willingness to learn all there is about it,
- Ability to use 哔哩哔哩，小黑盒 and 抖音 in marketing efforts, but most importantly - knowledge of KOL marketing,
- Outspoken, confident, able to lead projects,
- Proven track record of successful game promotion activities,
- Experience in crisis management (for example - bad reviews),
- A positive “nothing is impossible” can-do attitude,
- A willingness to learn & grow,
- Resilient character open to constructive feedback,
- Fast thinker able to adapt quickly,
- Proud of the work you do and understanding of what ‘ownership’ means,
- Willingness to commit full-time and go all-in,
- Work ethics aligned with company values,

Senior Chinese Marketing Specialist at Huqiao
What will you be responsible for?
- Leading marketing projects on your own and providing expertise on others,

Salary:
We offer a base salary of 2,2 EUR net on invoice.
What is more, we work on the system of progressive compensation, your salary can even rise up to 16k.
